Are your products authentic?
The quality of the product you will receive is guaranteed to be the best in its class, they are a part of factory outlet production and this is why they are sold for less. All products are in Brand New dead stock condition.
How your productspackaged?
Purchases are shipped directly from one of our independent distributors, and are all packaged in its original box. Be aware that shoe boxes sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by shipping agents.
How long will it take before I receive my order?
As stated in our terms and conditions, processing takes 1-3 business days and delivery takes up to 7 business days. In total that is up to 10 business days from the time we receive payment untill it arrives at your shipping destination.
Often times the shipping process is much faster and it only takes 2 days from the time we process your order, however we reserve the right to take up to 7 business days because at times there are circumstances out of control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured, we make every attempt to get your order to you as fast as possible.
Please note, we are unable to send express shipping or 'speed' up your order in anyway. If you need your shoes before the 10 business days, then we reccomend you do not place your order.
When do I get my tracking number?
As soon as we receive a tracking number from our shipping carrier, we will immediately send an email to you. Remember, we will not receive this information untill your order has arrived within your continent, so if you are located in the United States,United kingdom, Europe,Cananda,Australia, we may not receive it untill 1-2 days AFTER your order has been processed.
